"Mom, am so sorry. It was just a mis-" Erika was interupeted by the out loud thinking of her emotional mother.
"Grandmother, grandmother, grandmother" She mummbled. Carol took a deep breath, quickly swiped her finger across the couch. "Dust... no good." She hurried past Erika, knocking her off balance. Carol came out with her duster, sweeping away as fast as she could.
"Mom?" Erika stated.
"Yes?"
"What should i do?" Erika paced back and fourth, holding her stomach as the nausea started finding its way up her throat.
"About what Erika?" Carol gave her a glance of confusion.
"Mom, about what i just told you!" Her voice intensed. Carol shook her head.
"Oh, yes." Carol paused her dusting and stood straight infront of Erika. "I am very dissapointed in you. But," she sighed."I love you and nothing could ever change that, not even this." Carol took a step closer to Erika.
"Mom, she isn't a this, she is my baby!" The morning sickness attacked Erika's mouth, trying to pull it's way up.
"Well, sorry about that but i just found out that i am going to become a grandmother so i think i deserve a little bit of time to feel inraged. Expecially at the boy." Carol's eyebrow raised suspiciously. "Who is this boy?"
"This boy is Troy, and he is amazing." Erika gushed."I've been dating him for months, i guess you never knew. He loves me, and respects me, and is on board with this, just as i am." She turned away from her mother. "And if you aren't ok with this, there is a room for me at his house." Erika stated, in monotone.
'' Erika Quinn, look at me!" Carol shot a you-better-listen-dear look. "You cannot blame me for wishing harm on this boy! He did this to you!"
"No! We did this to me and we are dealing with the con-"
"I don't want you to leave Erika. I want my daughter with me."
"Ok. Then i won't."
"Ok."
"Ok."
"Just two questions and then we can stop talking about this," Carol took a deep breath. "Do you love him, and what are you going to do?"
"Yes, and i have no idea..."
